We are based in New Mexico, but we offer remote online notarization (RON) services worldwide and mobile notary services locally.

Q: Can Remote Online Notarization (RON) be used worldwide?

Yes! As long as you have a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a valid government-issued ID, you can get your documents notarized from anywhere in the world. Our notaries are commissioned and authorized to perform remote notarizations for signers located internationally, as long as the notarization complies with U.S. laws. However, it's always best to check whether the recipient (such as a foreign government or institution) will accept electronically notarized documents.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and cash (for in-person notarizations).

Q: Can I schedule bulk notarizations for my business?

Absolutely! We offer bulk and recurring notarization services for businesses and organizations. Contact us to set up a corporate account.
